The pizza is square and filled with pepperoni, with the sauce usually on top of the fillings, a very thick and rich pizza. Sushi and other Japanese fusion dishes, such as Japanese-style pasta and seaweed tacos.

选了家有做精品披萨的餐厅。餐馆就在码头旁，从卡布里岛回到索伦托差不多就是晚餐时间，正好了。这间餐馆是网上查的，说是披萨不错，但其它的菜蛮容易踩雷。好吧，所以两人只点了披萨tasting menu, 19欧/人，两人起点： - pizza fritta DOP：油炸披萨是先炸了面皮，之后堆上多汁水的圣马扎诺番茄和水牛牛奶制成的马苏里拉奶酪再烤制。之前在米兰也点过又炸又烤的披萨，当时觉得太厚重。这儿这块相比就好多了，油酥感的面皮，脆度层次也不一样。 - Frusta：当地特色，法棍造型披萨，这披萨很水。估摸着是烤完后再放的浇头，一口咬下，冷的马苏里拉奶酪球和生番茄片，觉得有些突兀感。 - deep fried folded pizza：迷你油炸披萨，和在那不勒斯吃到的不一样，里头是厚厚的有些面包感。里头是浓郁奶香的乳清奶酪（用水牛奶制成）和核桃，又用柠檬皮调了个清香酸味。 - surprise fried pizza dessert：油炸披萨面皮配上甜品酱、巧克力酱和糖渍果干，立马变身成为一盘美味的甜品。超喜欢蘸着巧克力酱的小面皮团，酥香又松软。就tasting menu的披萨来说，觉得店家是想弄成精品披萨，不过两人都觉得差了口气。

We chose a restaurant that makes fine pizza. The restaurant is right next to the pier. It was almost dinner time when we returned to Sorrento from Capri Island, which was just right.
I checked this restaurant online. It said that the pizza was good, but the other dishes were easy to disappoint. Well, so we only ordered the pizza tasting menu, 19 euros per person, starting point for two people:
- pizza fritta DOP: The fried pizza is fried first, then piled with juicy San Marzano tomatoes and mozzarella cheese made from buffalo milk and baked. I ordered fried and baked pizza in Milan before, and I thought it was too heavy. This one here is much better, with a crispy crust and different crispy levels.
- Frusta: A local specialty, baguette-shaped pizza, this pizza is very watery. I guess the toppings are added after baking. When I took a bite, the cold mozzarella balls and raw tomato slices felt a bit abrupt.
- Deep fried folded pizza: Mini deep fried pizza, different from the one I had in Naples, with a thick and bready texture. It is filled with rich and milky ricotta (made from buffalo milk) and walnuts, and lemon zest adds a refreshing sour taste.
- Surprise fried pizza dessert: Deep fried pizza dough with dessert sauce, chocolate sauce and candied dried fruits, instantly transforming into a delicious dessert. I love the small dough balls dipped in chocolate sauce, which are crispy and soft.
As for the pizza on the tasting menu, I think the store wants to make it a boutique pizza, but both of us feel that it lacks taste.

It was particularly appreciated that the kitchen was made following the demand of one of the cottages to improve the slightly fade taste of its vitello tonato ! The dishes were good and surprising. The quality and delicacy of the service was also assessed.
